Hotel Dolmaling, located in Bouddha, Nepal, operates as a non-profit entity supporting Palnge Monastery. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and services.
2. Reservations & Payments
- All reservations made through our website require confirmation via email.
- Payment options include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash upon arrival.
- Hotel Dolmaling reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

- A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.
5. Accommodation & Services
- Room rates vary based on occupancy and meal plans (BB, MAP, AP).
- Complimentary services include Wi-Fi, yoga sessions, and swimming pool access.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
- Pets are not allowed.
6. Hotel Policies
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas.
- Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels.
- The hotel reserves the right to remove guests engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior.
7. Event & Hall Booking
- Event hall bookings require prior reservation and deposit.
- Additional charges may apply for special requests and services.
8. Liability & Indemnity
- The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
- Guests should use the in-room safe for valuable items.
- Hotel Dolmaling is not liable for accidents or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
